On April 25, 2018 the City of Bellinzona officially launched the "Bellidea" app to the whole population, developed within the SmarterLabs "Bellidea" living lab. How will the citizens react to the invitation to start using the app? Analysis of adoption rates and levels of use by the population will tell if design of the "Bellidea" living lab was effective in anticipating barriers to upscaling its outcome.
